I have sold my business. What do I do with my Stamp Me subscription?

If you have sold your business, there are two options.


1. Ask the new owner of the business to take over the payment subscription from you. 


If you have built up a good business, the new owner is likely to want to continue the program.  Send an email to accounts@stampme.com.au detailing your business name, location and contact details of yourself and the new owner (name, phone and email) and the date in which the business is changing hands. 


We will then email you a link to update the payment details of the new owner.


2. Cancel the subscription


Our standard cancellation fee is equivalent to 2 months (60 days) subscription from the date of cancellation. 


Send an email to accounts@stampme.com.au with your name, business and location with a request to cancel. If you could please specify the reason and provide the contact details of the new owner (name, phone number and email) it would be much appreciated.
