My customer has lost their Stamps, Points, Check-ins, Membership
There is usually an explanation to this problem.
1. the customers have earned enough stamps, points, check-ins to trigger a reward. The reward can be found in My Rewards and the card has reset to zero.
2. the business no longer has that Offer available.
3. The customer has registered for multiple accounts using different email addresses. If that is the case, you can contact us and we can consolidate all the tokens onto the one registration.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, the different email addresses used in the registration and the business where you have been using Stamp Me.
