Networking Connection errors

Like most Apps, Stamp Me requires access to a data, either through 3G/4G/5G data network or wifi to operate.


If the phone can not access data, it is likely to return a message like "connection error". 


If a user finds themselves in this position, there are a few things they can do.


1. Stand in a different location. Some areas may have a dead spots 

2. Turn data off and on again through the phones settings


If all else fails, the merchant is able to add stamps and points through the Stamp Me Loyalty dashboard.
