What is the 'Lapsed customer' function?


The Lapsed Customer function on Stamp Me allows the business to re-engage with customers when there has been no activity for a specified period of time.


For example, you operate a barber shop and know that your average customer has a haircut every 6 to 8 weeks. A setting could be put in to remind the customer to come in after 10 weeks.


Steps to enable the Lapsed customer function on the Stamp Me Business Portal


Lapsed customers > Set the timeframe in which you'd like to automatically send out a message from the drop-down menu > Enter your message eg. "Hey, we haven't seen you around for a while - we miss you!"> Click on Activate > Click 'Save'


The customer will automatically receive this message after the specified period of no activity.
