Can users link accounts?

Each account set up on Stamp Me is identified by the users credentials.


If a user would like to combine the stamps, points earned of multiple users onto the one account, they need to login to Stamp Me with the same credentials. Note: only one device will be permitted to be logged in at any time.


Alternatively, if a customer wants to combine the stamps or rewards to two users onto the once account, this can be done manually through the dashboard by the administrator.


The administrator would add the Stamps or Points onto the selected account and trigger a reward on the second account to remove their points. 


Finally, the administrator can contact us at help@stampme.com and we can combine the multiple accounts into one account through the backend database if required.
